Champagne Tasting at Le Dokhan’s - A short walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysées and halfway between Place du Trocadéro and Place Victor Hugo, sits Le Dokhan’s, whose Belle Epoque exterior contains one of the hottest hotel bars in Paris- the Champagne Bar. The intimate room is filled with plush green velvet chairs lit by romantic candle light. The head sommelier presents guests with a selection of 240 of the world’s best champagnes (including Crystal and Dom Pérignon) as well as estate treasures, all displayed on a gorgeous hand written scroll menu. Each tasting is carefully poured into the appropriate champagne glass and paired with a decadent amuse bouche or caviar. On certain nights, the bar offers live jazz performances and blind tastings.
